Oh, here's the recipe for a fricasse: Around two dozen chopped mushrooms, they can either be champignone or the other ones which are more mature which I don't remember the name of. Oh wait, they're called Portobello. You'll also want some chicken, butter, and a lot of veggies in which the most important proably is the onion. Many different onions. French be like that I guess. You sear the chicken (or the meat, you can also do it with any meat) on a big pot, take it out, deglase with some white wine, then sautee all your veggies inside the pot. Oh you also need cream and stock. Any stock would do. After all the veggies are done (use anything you want here really except for too many green veggies as tanines are kinda bad with cream) you add saslt, pepper, the stock, the meat, let it simmer for 30 minutes, add the cream, let it simmer some more and when the texture is creamy you'll have your Fricasse.
